1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Sirrx, a cloud ERP platform provided by [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], [LEGAL ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business (organisation) you represent.
2. The service
Sirrx provides modules for managing business operations (sales, warehouse, finance, CRM, marketing and others). The M-Core module allows a business to connect its Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts as separate integrations to view insights, publish and schedule posts, read and reply to comments and direct messages, and view advertising statistics.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your organisation's accounts and users.
- The service is intended for businesses and users aged 18 or older.
4. Facebook and Instagram integrations
- You may connect only Pages and Instagram accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
- You must comply with Meta's Terms, Community Standards, Platform Terms and policies (including messaging policies) when publishing content or replying to messages via Sirrx.
- You are responsible for the content you publish and the messages you send through the service.
- You can disconnect an integration at any time in M-Core → Integrations, or by removing the Sirrx app in your Facebook/Instagram settings.
- Features depending on Meta APIs may change or become unavailable if Meta changes its APIs or policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes, or to send spam;
- attempt to access data of other organisations or bypass security measures;
- reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the service;
- upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into or connect to Sirrx. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion options are described on the Data Deletion page.
7. Fees
Paid modules and plans are billed according to the prices shown in the service or agreed in a separate contract. Unpaid subscriptions may be suspended.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and secure but provide it "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or data loss caused by third-party services (including Meta) or by your use of the service.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is published on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.
